If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once we review the information, we’ll let you know the next step.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We will do our best to help, but once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
